Project Type: Visual Identity - Web Series

Role: Art Director, Illustrator

Scope: Logo design, custom typography, social assets, in-show visuals

Dream Come True is a comedy web series centered around helping people pursue their dreams—on a budget. I developed a visual identity system spanning various social assets and in-show visuals.

The Goal was to develop a visual identity that balanced earnest optimism & handmade charm with a sense of playful self-awareness.

Early explorations drew from approachable typography, handmade textures, and nostalgic entertainment graphics to create a flexible system that felt familiar, and slightly absurd.

The Challenge was creating an identity that felt sincere and approachable, without feeling corny or dated.

Because the assets needed to function both in-show and across social platforms, the system had to be flexible while maintaining a self-aware tone.

In addition to the logo, I developed a suite of graphics to be used in various capacities across all of the brand’s deliverables.

The Result was a flexible visual identity system that established a cohesive visual language across both in-show graphics and social content.

Since the project’s launch, Dream Come True has continued to grow its audience, with Rachel later joining Saturday Night Live season 51 as a staff writer.
